I had to something I have never had to do before...

my family and I had to make the hard decision to put my TBone(Boston Terrier) down this week! It was one of the hardest thing I ever had to
do but we all know he is in a better place now...

TBone's health was steadily failing fast. At 15 years old he began to have siezuress and just couldnt completely recover.. he was no longer our boy, he was very disoriented all the time and we knew it was simply time to let him go over the Rainbow bridge. We will miss him terribly but we know it is the best thing for him.

I have always been told that I would know when it was time, it is so true, we were all at peace with it, we just knew...... now we are a 4 dog family...

We love you TBONE!

I am so sorry to hear that you had to put down one of your best friends. It is a tought decision but when you think about how they suffer it makes it a bit easier.

I'm so sorry...

I can still remember being with Lady my step-doggie Cocker Spaniel the day she went and it took a long time to get over it

I still miss her but I knew she was going to a better place....

Oh what a hard decision to you had to make I remember when that time came to put my best childhood friend to rest, I miss my sweet bucky and he is with me to this day, What a great life you gave him, I am sorry for your loss

My sympathies on your loss ... I guess there does come a time when you know the right thing to do. I hope your heart heals in time.

Donna, I am sooo sorry for your loss.

It is never easy losing one, it hurts so much. T-bone will be missed but now he is pain free and happily running around in heaven waiting until you will one day be reunited with him.

SOOOO sorry about your buddy, T-Bone.

Like you, I'd lost many but never had to put one down until our first Yorkie. I completely understand how devastating that is.

But you know, the truth is you were the best friend to him that you could be. Making him suffer and keeping him around would be selfish and not good for any of you.

Now "your boy" as you always knew him is restored ... on the other side of the bridge.
