Pittsburgh Yorkies??? - YorkieTalk.com Forums

I am wondering if anyone is from pittsburgh? I am located on the Northside and would love to meet other yorkie owners. I have a busy schedule with the kids but I think I could sneak out of the house for a couple hours to go to the park!!! Any one know of any dog friendly coffee shops?? That would combine my two favorite things!!!!

I live just south of Pittsburgh. I don't know of any coffee shops that allow pets so if you find one let me know. I know the starbucks in bloomfield has a few tables outside (or at least they used to) so you can sit out there with your dogs but how are you supposed to get your latte if they won't let you in with your dog to buy one...because I'm not leaving them outside while I get my coffee...

i dont know of any coffee shops allow dogs

but going to the park sound like fun north park is a nice to go too.

there are a lot of coffee shops with outdoor seating. i know that shadyside is pretty friendly to little dogs! i think someone mentioned bloomfield. also, sometimes i take mimi to work and there is a little coffee shop downtown where she "had lunch" at an outside table with my friends.

I live in Highland park and there is a little coffee shop on Highland Avenue near Bryant, just blocks from the park and the zoo. They've got outside tables and good coffee if you are ever in the neighborhood.

that would be so nice!! GiGi doesnt know any other yorkies!! I am afraid to walk her in my nieghborhood (becasue of all the pitbulls) so getting out would be good for her!! Please post pics of your pup(s)... names, size... etc

Sorry so late to respond. My kid's name is Willy and he's an only Yorkie. I will post photos of Willy when I get home ASAP.

Hi everyone, I'm new here, I have a yorkie, tootsie, who we sometimes call tootsie anne. I live south of pittsburgh in a town called bethel park, I have many questions first one is does anyone no a groomer in my area that can cut yorkies. Tootsie almost 1 and has had 3 cuts and I haven't been happy with any of them.

Not only are there a few Yorkie lovers IN Pittsburgh - WE are there! Save A Yorkie Rescue. Please check out our website: Welcome Vera Tuggle is our representative out there. She has Snuggles who has been looking for a home for months. We haven't been able to find ANY Yorkie lovers IN Pittsburgh and have been wondering where they are too. We need rescue friends to help us place Yorkies who have no homes. We need people who can drive or who can make phone calls for our rescue. Please consider helping. Please spread the word - we need Yorkie lovers in Pittsburgh. Go Pirates! (I am near Philly so this is the best I can do!)
