| At our vet's office, there are 7 different vets who work there, though we normally see one particular vet whom we love!! Well, it is time to schedule Angel's spay and the vet we love doesn't do surgeries anymore (she did do Sissy's spay). She is just so good with the tiny dogs that I'm petrified at the thought of someone else spaying Angel (though she's not quite as tiny as Sissy was when she was spayed). What would you do in this case??

| I would talk to the vet who did your other pup and ask who he/she recommends. At my vet there are also several that work there...I asked who closed with suture and who used wire (I prefer suture because it doesn't need to be removed). I asked what anesthesia gas each one used and who prefered pain meds. That was how I decided. I hope this helps.

| i agree.. i'd see who she would trust... again telling her your concerns and the reasons why you trusted her so much... if she knows you are upset.. she might make an acception.. or tell you who she would choose to do it... good luck poor Angel! |
