So I took Daphne to the vet for a check up. The second one in 2 weeks! The first one found some bacteria and kennel cough,

so we had to go back for shots and to check on everything. Well, the point is she went from 4 pounds even on July 22 to 5.1 pounds 3 weeks later!!!!!

I could tell she had gotten bigger, but that kind of shocked me! Well the bacteria is gone,

she got her shots and just a slight residual cough left from the kennel cough.

Oh FYI...all of the bacteria and stuff she had, she came to me with. She is a very well kept little puppy!!

I'm so glad she's okay now...sounds like you stayed right on top of it. Did you tell the breeder about her problems? I think puppies can gain more weight at different times..others will probably know more about it.

When we got Piper she weighed 1.3 lbs at 13 weeks. She was very I'll. Took her to the vet right away. Three weeks later took her back to the Vet, she weighed 3 lbs. It still took another couple of weeks to get her better.
