| cute idea, I sew so I do them differently but I hate the gathering part, so I might try this tying method next time. So great for those that do not own a sewing machine it really came out cute. Thanks so much for sharing

| I did this concept for my daughter for Halloween costume, we did the Alice In Wonderland theme, she was the Queen of Hearts. Presley was the Mad Hatter and Holly was Alice The whole reason we did this was for a Puppy Halloween Costume Contest  The skirt was super easy, it wasn't too bad time wise, but for the pups it would be very quick to make. It's fun to mix colors with them too and create all different designs!
