| ![]() I have a sick little girl. Vet wasn't sure but treating for Lyme disease. said if no better by Mon from steroid/antibiotic injection we will do blood work. My problem is she started vomiting every time she drinks water. Hasn't eaten today but what is best thing to help keep fluids down. I even tried Gatorade in very small amounts but it came up. she has a temp also so gave her baby aspirin. just hoping the antibiotic will kick in. |

| ![]() Gee, hope your baby is doing better! I am surprised that the vet treated for Lymes, but did not do blood work. Seems like the blood, work may have been the most definitive. Keep us posted on how you are doing.

| ![]() I would take the dog back to the vet and have them give a shot of cerenia or something to settle her stomach. I would withhold food until she stops vomiting, but I definitely would see a vet. Lyme is bad stuff. I'm sorry please keep us posted.

| ![]() Went to emergency vet this morning. Gave her another antibiotic and something for vomiting injection. Also gave her IV fluids. Temp is down so think antibiotic is kicking in. Sure hate seeing my baby so sick. |

| ![]() I would call the vet back for advice. Slowly reintroducing food is usually what we do. The shot should turn her around.

| ![]() Can't talk the vet on Sun but he just said not to let her eat or drink until later tonite. I just thought there might be something better than regular food to start back on slowly. thanks |

| ![]() I would not give aspirin my vet said it is no longer being recommended because of issues it can cause. Normally when mine is having stomach problems the vet has said chicken and rice because it is very bland.
