Signup ends April 30th and the signup threads says that the SB message will be sent out within three days of the end period, so sometime around May 1st probably.

HugaPUPs (my shop) is having a 15% off sale until May 1st, but if any of you were wanting to purchase something from it for the GE I can extend the sale since the buddies won't be announced until May. Just let me know.
