| ![]() All day Stella and Guinness have been playing and cuddled while napping... But while we were all watching TV Stella just starts growling for no reason and when Guinness went over to see what was going on she started showing teeth and before we knew it she bit his nose. Umm does this make any sense to anyone??? She is locked in the crate now and he is crying in my lap.

| ![]() I think it could be 1 of 2 things: a) Stella perceived a threat and wanted to protect Guinness (believe or not, dogs will nip to protect, to make the other dog back up and not approach the threat), b) Stella was worked up. Or she was dreaming?

| ![]() She was awake... At least if she wasn't she just sleep walked ![]() When she first started growling I thought umm wth does she see a ghost because there was NOTHING no spider lizard or anything. Ryan's thought was PMS. We just took her out of the crate and once again she was fine till she looked at Guinness and started growling again.

| ![]() If she is growling again at Guinness, I'm not sure what that would mean. Sorry I don't have any advice other than to supervise and try to determine if anything is different than usual that may have triggered this.

| ![]() Silly girl. Made mommy worry over nothing. It might be time Mr Beaver took a leave of absence in case he really is causing it. I hope that's the answer to a once again peaceful home. ![]()

| ![]() Glad you figured it out. I had a similar problem with a small stuffed frog and finally had to throw it out, as Tiki and Meika got into big fights over it.

oh no... toy aggressive? My Sam is like that. We don't have bones or chew toys without supervision because of that.

| ![]() Haha trust me we were making the same jokes. We have been trying our best to baby proof both of them... Grabbing ears, tails and paws sticking our hands in mouths etc and things have been going great till her little outburst last night. They slept in bed last night cuddled together and no issues this morning UNTIL he walked too close to beaver soo sadly it appears beaver will be locked in the office where we allow Guinness to have his escape since it is his toy anyway.
