Ok I thought I had heard about all the different Registries there are for dog's.

I just ran accross this one that some one had listed on their Craigs List Add for Shih Chi Puppies-- REAL CHEAP !!!!

lol. That is a silly name for a dog breed. Do you have a picture of those kind of dogs? It's a shih-tzu and Chihuahua mix, right?

Just goes to show how deceptive the internet can be. Anyone with a computer can put together a fancy looking piece that means absolutely nothing!
