I know exactly how you feel. Not only was my experience a bad haircut, but also an expensive lesson. I had a mobile groomer come to my house. He told me he could give Toby a puppy cut, so I trusted he knew what he was doing. He brought Toby back to me and I paid him $40.00, the groom was only $35.00 because of Toby being so small at the time. He never gave me change just got in his truck and drove off. On top of that I had to go spend another $40.00 at the vet because he cut the hair down into the ear canal and caused a plug of hair in Tobys ear, so he ended up with real bad ear infections and had to have medicine. What ever he used on him made him uneven everywhere and also matted him up, so then I had to pay another $30.00 for another groomer to fix him. I thought the other groomer was going to have to shave him, but she said she used a corn starch trick that she knew and the matts came right out. I do not think I will ever trust a mobile groomer with my baby boy again. On top of all the above he also got fleas from the groomers truck. I knew it came from there because he does not go outside because I am afraid of Hawks getting him. They are bad where I live. Advantage II took care of the fleas and I have not seen another one on him. On the plus side he is 3 weeks out from this horrible grooming experience and his hair is growing back fast.
