Omg Cloud 9 Bed. has not shipped! help
I ordered a cloud 9 bed on Feb 2nd. The transaction went thru, but I still have not got in ?!? I tried looking for a contact num. and it says it is unavailable! Also the email they have is not working!

I ordered Yorkie Splash and Shine products the day after (Feb 3rd) And received it today!

Just hoping I didn't get ripped off!

They do ship on saturdays. They say it ships in one day. Never received a email to confirm it, so yeah I would say I am worried.

You have nothing to worry about. YHR is completely legit. Most companies take a few days to process and then a few days to ship. Take a deep breathe and relax!

I purchased a Cloud 9 bed for Bailee a year ago. The service was WONDERFUL and so is the bed. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and service.

Oh, and I must say this: Our email is working just fine. I understand you are worried and all, but you did email us this afternoon and received a response!

Lol the first time I tried to e-mail you it had a message that I couldnt. When i emailed you directly from my hotmail, it worked just fine.
