Whipped out a dress...

for Ahi. Well we were invited to a birthday party and all of a sudden at 5:30 in the morning on party day I decided that Ahi needed a party dress. LOL So I free handed it and this is what I came out with in about 1/2 hour. The stitching is a bit crooked...but who cares. LOL j/k Can't really tell unless you look close up. I have a princess material with sparkles, piece of tulle over that and hello kitty ribbon. Oh yeah and I made it because I needed a harness dress so I added a D ring. (2nd pic my DD took at the party)

Thank you! This was the first dress I ever made for her too. lol The other dresses I bought and figured...can't be that hard right?

Thank you all! She is 17 weeks old today and weighed in at 1lb. 15oz. I'm still hoping for a growth spurt.

I honestly don't know how I found the time either. LOL I just sewed like a mad crazy woman before my monsters, I mean babies woke up. Ahi did get a lot of attention but surprisingly there were 3 other dogs there. Although none as cute as Ahi. heheh

Golly!! I sew all the time and I am amazed you whipped that up in 30 minutes!!! The dress is beautiful and Ahi is just as precious as usual wearing it

I wish I had time to sew all the time. I rarely sew. I had a knack for sewing when I was in middle school. When everyone was (hand) sewing already cutout soccer balls I was using the baby loc and sewing denim skirts and jackets with zippers and pleats. LOL It was also my first time sewing. It's like I vision something in my head and gotta get it out in sewing. Unfortunately I have really bad A.D.D. and O.C.D. So you can imagine all the projects I start and then not finish...or I'll have intentions of sewing a batch and only do one.

OMG...she is like my skin girls! If I make their hair up pretty they mess it up within minutes....Ahi is no different. LOL She likes to pull out her bows when she is bored.
