I JUST moved last week and I am going to be away from Jan. 16-25 so its been a crazy month... just making sure everything settles down enough to give the exchange my full attention- I won't participate if I can give it any less.

Hopefully I can do it- I have faith that I can!!!

Nope, Zhoie & I signed up last night. This is our 1st one, we are excited.

Zhoie keeps reminding me not to screw it up, LOL. I sure hope I didn't miss anything I should be doing.

I don't think I can do it this time around. I'm starting school (again) full time and still working full time. Fortunately, its strictly an online program, but I'm not sure what my finances are going to look like after buying all of my books, etc.

I signed up right away. I am surprised more people haven't yet. Is this normal? How many people usually sign up?

It was asked on another thread but I don't think it was ever answered....what is the average spent? I know the minimum is $25, but what would you say is the average?


I've already picked up some things...can't wait to know who I'm shopping for!

I love this quarter's GE.............it's right around Valentines Day, so lots of fun things to do & give. Oh who am I kidding, I love ALL the GE's.............we haven't missed one since we started!

alot of people wait towards the end, (then you dont have to wait as long till you find out who your buddy is). seems like areound 25-30 sign-ups seems to be what ive seen in the last 3. and ive dont think ive ever seen a box that looked like only 25.00 was spent, most are ALOT more. But the requirement is at least 25.oo. alot of people make wonderful gifts for their buddy too.

i think Maddie and are sitting this one out to though.

Plenty of people will sign up- don't worry- a lot of people wait until the last minute- it will be a ton of fun, I promise

I don't know what the average is- its probably hard to determine. For example, lots of people are super talented and make things for their SB- so while maybe they didn't spend as much as someone else, their box is worth a lot more. Some people have lots of things laying around to throw in the box and others go out and buy everything just for that box- so lots of variables! But the most spent doesn't really mean anything- as long as you spend the minimum you are fine- I think it means more when you can see how much thought went into the box. I will see boxes and you KNOW that person spent so much time thinking about the actual dog they were buying for and making sure everything fit their personality and to me those are the best boxes.

The most important thing is to make sure you have fun!
