Any 411 on L.A. Breeders? - YorkieTalk.com Forums

I've been having a hard time finding reputable breeders in the Los Angeles area. Everyone has missleading prices and/or want way too much for a pet. Plus I'm scared to death to purchace a yorkie from some backyard breeder. Any suggestions? I found my Milo and he's a dream but I feel like it was just those one in a million shots.

Can you go back to where you got Milo and get another one from that breeder?

I adopted Otis from this breeder in Orange County:

Otis's dad is Snappy Tom and his mom is Martha Stewart.

I'm very pleased with my dog, and the breeder is very experienced and nice.

I can also recommend Linda Bush of Bejaze Yorkies, I did not purchase a dog from her, but she helped me tremendously when I purchased a dog from a con artist puppy broker that advertises in the LA Times and now has a website, stay away from a man named Eddy Kiss from the Covina/West Covina area, I got two terminally ill yorkies from him prior to suing and got two yorkies that had some serious health issues that I have nursed back to health.

Wouldn't it be wild if you got a Yorkie from her and it was Otis's long-lost brother?

OMG!!!!!!! milliecorrales.......... thats who i got toby from!!!!! eddie kiss!!!..... cant say that he had any problems though, had a bout of kennel cough but it wasnt severe otherwise he has been healthy as can be.... maybe i just got lucky, i would like to hear more about youre experience with this guy and what came about..... the circumstances..... the story..... could you pm me???? im a little curious to know

Orkinsky - I think that it was you that mentioned you took your pup to a vet in GG, is that right? If so, who? Please read my pm on Mr. Kiss, you were lucky, He has a number of complaints against him. and I reported him to consumer fraud as he has no license and probably pays no taxes.

They are open from 1pm-5pm...... it is first come first serve
If you spay or neuter you drop them off at 8 am and pick them up at 2 pm

That is where I had the boys neutered. However, when Bengie was critically ill last week, I took him to their recommended hospital Garden Grove Dog and Cat Hospital. They were super and saved my pup.

I posted this earlier, but puter is acting up so I will try again. No where I took Bengie was not a low cost clinic, it ended up costing me just under a 1000 dollars, but he is worth it. I love my boys to death, but they are not the best example of the breed. Will I do differnt next ime I purchase another yorkie, which I hope to do within the next 6 months, you bet and I will give Mr. Eddy Kiss a wide berth.

Thanks so much for your help. Milo is from a breeder in Texas. Her ex-husband brought him out here.? Found him on Craigs List.
