| ![]() I have to recommend that you do absolutely nothing to their mouths. Dogs with dental disease carry a boatload of bacteria, and if you do anything to cause their gums to bleed such as brushing, you could open a gateway for the bacteria to get directly into their bloodstream. Definitely soft food only... Maybe call your vet as they will need to be put on antibiotics for a few days before a dental is done...
