| Wow thanks for the heads up! Make sure you check out the clearance section for their clothers. I just checked it out and ordered 2 jackets and a sweater which were only $2 each  They had more store of the xxs and xs sizes for under 8 lbs and then much larger sizes for big pupster. Lots of stuff in the $2-$5 range

| oh yeah! I ordered some jackets and sweaters too! They have some really nice stuff! My dogs will be better dressed than me

| i was super miffed at KB the last time they held a sale and then offered free shipping and then retracted it because of 'overwhelming sales.' what kind of company retracts a sale like that? i'm not planning to support their online store anymore. considering how many members here are fans it sucks that they aren't very good about customer service |

| Yeah, I got caught up in that too, but for the money I still saved on the stuff I bought and the quality of their products is was way worth the shipping charges, which I find very reasonable. Some companies add on additional handling charges and weight or size charges but I've never had that from KB. Also they've been very timely with their shipping and if a problem arises with an order I get an email and a phone call, in all I think they're great to deal with! One time they're computers went goofy and they lost my order, but they recovered nicely. Sometimes things just happen...

| I ordered over the weekend a few things from the Cleanance clothes and they already came today! I can't even believe how fast the shipping was! So I took a quick picture with my cellphone so the quality is not all that great but I LOVE these little jackets! They fit so well and they were only $5 each!

| HLEP!! I want to order some moccasins but I don't want to get them too small!! Does anyone have some and can someone tell me if they run big or small or just right??
