| ![]() Isla has had yellowy, thick, goopy discharge from her eye. It reminds me of my kid's pink eye discharge. I'm assuming it's automatically a vet call in the morning but I thought I'd check to see if anyone else had this and what they did about it.

| ![]() I would just go ahead and go to the vet. It may be conjunctivitis. Are the eye whites red or pink?

| ![]() I can't really tell. I'm sure I'll just make an appt. tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone had hints to get the drops or gel in the eye. I know it was a bugger getting my kid's drops IN the eye and not dripping everywhere else!

| ![]() Maddie has not had 'gunk' inher eyes in forever. Then, a few days ago she woke up with her eye shut and yellowish-green 'gunk' in it. I used some drops I had from her previous vet visits and rotated with eye wash a few times a day. She has cleared up now...allergies maybe. Mine have been acting up too. ![]() |

| ![]() When Ellie had it and I had to use drops, she would hold her eyes shut and make it almost impossible for me. I somehow just pulled 'em open and made her deal with it. Miserable though...

| ![]() Absolutely call your vet in the morning. It could be conjunctivitis, but it could be something else including dry eye/KCS. Anything involving the eye needs to be checked out asap. |

| ![]() Definitely a visit to the vet. In the mean time if you have some plain natural tears you can rinse with that, it will make her more comfortable. |
