|  Olive Oil Is there one type or brand of Olive Oil that I can use for everything? I know there are different grades/types, Extra Virgin, Virgin etc.. I want something I can could with and use cold like for salads. Any suggestions on brand and kind? I don't want to spend a fortune but will pay for one bottle of a quality "all purpose" oil. Thanks much!

| Olive oil doesn't perform well at high heats, you'd be better off using canola oil for that. |

| A regular full body olive oil is perfect to cook with, but for dipping and salads use the virgin olive oil.
