|  A Wonderful Birthday Present My birthday is Saturday and my fiance just surprised me with my early birthday present! I've been home working on an online final all day so he took my pickup to "get out the house so I could concentrate." Well, he came back home a few hours ago and told me look outside and watch my pickup. Next thing I know, it turns on by itself!  He had a remote start installed in my pickup! :yay: I've been talking about getting one but just haven't had the money for it. I'm so excited! I can't wait to try it out in the morning. We're getting freezing rain right now so I have a feeling that I'm going to be pretty grateful when I don't have to run out to start it before leaving for work!

| That's SO cool! One thing---if you want the heat/defrost to be on when you start it, make sure that the levers of the heater are set to that  Same with the A/C in the summer What a thoughtful man you have !!!

| awwww lucky you!!! I soooo want one myself, but this winter it does not look like that will happen! Hopefully next winter it will! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

| What a great hubby!!!! You will love the remote...I had a Jeep Wrangler w/ a remote start...it was WONDERFUL on cold mornings!!!!!
