I ordered a pair of jeans on Wed. I picked the 2d ay shipping and it said guaranteed delivery by Fri 21st- today. They made it fom CA to Orlando in one day and now they ae just sitting in Orlando- 1 freaking hour away- and delivery is scheduled for Monday

. I'm going out of town on Sunday and I wanted to take them with me. I do not understand how they made it across the entre country in 1 day and can't make it 1 hour the next day. Okay- just needed to rant a bit.

Oooo...

My only suggestion...if you paid 2nd day delivery charges...I'd be calling whoever you ordered from and demand a refund.

Call 1-800 pick ups and b-tch.

Maybe the tracking system on line is wrong. If for some reason it wasn't scanned this morning and went out...you wouldn't know by looking on line. It happens. I get ups deliveries daily.

Thanks, I'm going to call. I shop online a lot- too much and I've never had a package sit like this. It's been since 2:00 yesterday. Maybe they have a glitch and it's really on the way.

Nicky, call them 800-742-5877 that's their domestic # ask for a supervisor, I have an account with them and never ever use them for that same reason, make sure you file a claim so you can request a "customer satisfaction credit".Good luck, hope you get your jeans in time for your trip, depending on the area you are in, they will deliver tomorrow.

They said it was coming today!

Something about the system getting the billing being seprate from shipping, I don't know but I'm happy now.

I ordered 3 packages from Amazon the other day. All 3 said "out for delivery" and I only got 2. I checked later and the 3rd box said "missed the truck, rescheduled" There is no way it was scanned to the truck AND missed. I read a long time ago that UPS tracking is just an estimate of where the package *should* be. UGH!

I'm sorry you didn't get your jeans!!!!! Can you maybe go pick them up? I know our processing center is 1 hr away too. They sent me a postcard once to pick something up and the day I got the postcard was the day they sent it back to the sender. Plus, why would I get something shipped and then drive over an hour to pick it up? I hate UPS too.

I hear you....but I have never had a problem with UPS...only everytime something is shipped via FedEx! It can be sooo aggravating, that's for sure!

Glad you will be getting them before you leave!
