| I think the playpen idea is great too. Maybe you could buy a net for over the top of it so the mom doesn't jump out. |

| I used a large size kennel for my mom and pups. I placed a rubbermaid bed storage drawer in it, and that kept them contained, yet with lots of room for mommy. Good luck.
