| ![]() My husband just called the vet, we dropped Dusty off this morning, and they told us they were not going to neuter him today because his testacles had not dropped yet (actully one has somewhat but the other was still in his abdomen)! He wants us to come in and talk to them about our options. I looked up the general issue, but I wanted to see if this was common for little boy Yorkies. I have seen several different thoughts on how long one should give before being concerned. Dusty is almost five months old, but I have seen on the net where it says it could take up to 12 months before they fully drop. Has anyone else dealt with this or have any words of wisdom for me. (Dusty is not only my first small dog, he is also my first boy dog!) Thanks for any help here. R |

| ![]() He is young I would give it time Chachis dropped right at 6 mos and hes not a smaller yorkie where thats more common. If they dont drop they can still do the surgery but there is more involved in the surgery(and more money) than a regular neuter
