![]() Tila is doing these little sneezing/cough thing. I don't actually know if it's a cough it doesn't really sound like it, it doesn't really sound like a sneeze either. It's like she's blowing out of her nose or something. It's not all the time, and it just happened this morning a few times. Anyone know what that might be?

![]() is the sound in her throat or her nose? if it is from her throat and sounds like a honking noise.. it could be kennel cough. Layla had it.. it was not fun! if it is from her nose it could be allergies. or reverse sneezing.

| ![]() I agree...could be reverse sneezing. But collapsed trachea sounds a lot like that too. How old is your little one and how much does she weigh? My advise is to have her checked by the vet...to make sure it is nothing serious. If it's coming from her nose I would think allergies or reverse sneezing. Wish your baby well...

![]() Watch your baby close, mine was only 12 weeks old when this started and it turned into walking pneumonia. He has since gotten better but I wouldn't take any chances. They are to small and fragile. I know I had only had mine for 1 day and he was sick. The antibiotics didn't work first go round and he went from an upper resp. infec. to walking pneumonia. Don't wait to long get him checked. I thought my baby wasn't going to make it but he is doing well. Good Luck to you and yours.

![]() Hi, thanks everyone. She hasn't being doing it a lot, just a couple times this morning. i worry about everything though. Because with such small dogs you just never know. Its not a honking noise. It's not in her throat, it's just like a hmmm, how to describe. It's kind of like sneezing, with like blowing from her nose (is what is sounds like). It's hard to describe. She's hasn't done it since this morning. She's 10 weeks. I know she's kind of young, and it's best to wait until they're 12 weeks before coming into new homes. She weighs 2 pounds 3 ounces. If she does it again, I'll take off some time from work tomorrow to get her checked just in case. Vet is like 3 mins away, always a good thing. Oh, she's eating, playing, drinking. Normal behaviour just that weird sneezy thing this morning.
