So I made a natural hair mask for London...

So far so good I was looking online for natural beauty secrets, and i made a face mask for myself out of Aveeno's oatmeal, pure honey, a little milk and a little lime juice. I left it on for 30 min and washed with water, my face feels silky soft. It's to tighten pores also. Well i read this lady did it for her Yorkie who had skin problems so I tried it on London and left it on for 5 min, and rubbed it in. I also added avocado oil(olive oil is good too)but made sure she didn't lick it. I washed off with warm water and let to air dry. Her hair is silky soft and really shiny! She got her own natural spa treatment

Hey girl, that sounds awsome. I'm sorry London's skin is bothering her. Does she have allergies or something? Snoot's skin is sensitive in the summer. Maybe I'll try this on him. I think he would love it!!

They also have other recipes, eggs, oil, etc are supposed to be really good for skin and hair. She just has dry skin and thin hair on her body but nothing serious, i just thought it would help. It did help her hair, it looks very nice but i guess i have to wait and see if it helps her skin.

Thanks for letting me know. I hope it helps her. Snoot's already starting to itch more. He has seasonal allergies and he loves outside but suffers from being out there so much. I'm glad London doesn't have allergies. It's so hard watching them suffer. I'm always looking for things to help Snoot, so I will definately try this. I think I'll try it on all of them. I'm sure all four will love getting a nice massge, LOL!!

I'm sorry he has allergies Is there no medicine the vet can give you so his trips outside are more enjoyable to him? Poor Snoot can't suffer I would def. try one on him, make sure he's not allergic to any of the ingredients. And give him a good nice massage, he will love that

It definately stinks for him. When he's out here he has so much fun. He doesn't let the allergies hold him back, LOL!! He rolls in the grass like a little nutcase. Since he's only itchy in the summer I don't give him any medication from the vet. If he has a really bad day I do give him a little benadry. I usually know if its a bad day because he sneezes a lot and will be itchy but never gets hot spots or anything like that (thank goodness).

What a great idea!

I used to use lemon for my facial peel & it worked wonders. I don't think Amelia would like that too much, but I do like the idea of a natural hair mask! TFS!
