Does anyone use a litter box for their babies?

I was just wondering does anyone use a litter box for their babies...I thought that I read a post where someone was talking about their dogs litter box. If so how long did it take to get them to use it and where do you keep it?

I use a litter box, it's kept in my dog room. It's great for days when the weather is inclement. I puppy pad trained the dogs first and than placed the puppy pad in the box. Once they got used to that I started adding litter underneath the puppy pad. Once they got used to the feel of it under their feet I started adding litter on top of the pad. Once they got used to that I removed the pad. My new pups just copy the older dogs and follow their example and go in there except for Paris who doesn't care for the feel of litter on her toes, she prefers a pup pad still.
