First haircut what do I ask for??

Ok poor Cooper needs a haircut, he is 5 1/2 mos old and this will be his first haircut. I spoke to a groomer today that has her "masters" license or degree in pet grooming. I wanted to talk to her to find out more about her, how long he will have to be there, the type of cut etc. She said we will do what ever you tell us to, I told her this is new to me, my first Yorkie and told her I wanted a puppy cut.....she said well the only puppy cut there is a poodle cut. " I have been a groomer for years, a master groomer and the only puppy cut there is, is for poodles". Anyway I explained she is the professional which is why I am asking her what I would request, as I do not want a shock to come back to get him to find out someone shaved him down.....anyway I will NOT be going to her, she was very rude and snippy..if she treats me this way I can only imagine how she might treat my baby if she is having a bad day.

When I take him to get his first cut what do I ask for if it is NOT the puppy cut?

Beau gets the puppy cut. This person maybe just hasn't heard of it? I wouldn't go to her either! There are a ton of bad groomers out there! Good job doing your research first!! I've had bad experiences myself so I'm going to try to do it myself I think...
