I wrote about a week ago that Lucy was rubbing her head like crazy on the carpet and someone suggested she may be allergic to her food. She was on RC Puppy. So, I switched her over to Nature's Balance and within a few days she stopped the head itching!

Well, last night I was playing around with her and all of a sudden she went nuts scratching and rubbing her head and body. It took me all of three minutes to realize why she was itching so bad - I had been eating tortilla chips and giving her the very tips of the chip!

I feel confident that Lucy is allergic to corn...

Sounds very likely, its probably the most common ingredient for dogs to be allergic to. Hopefully if you keep her away from corn the head rubbing will stop for good!

That's great you found out what was causing it. I have tried evertyhing and can't stop the itching.

I've read everywhere that corn is really bad for the furbabies. Thats good that you were able to determine what the problem was.
