I searched and it looks like Lennox is still alive and still being kept apart from his family. On the bottom of the page there is a link for latest news. The last was on Dec 22, 2011

Thanks for the prayers and if you get a chance there are email links to the government officials who are determining this dogs fate just click on what you can do at the top of the page. I just made a quick message up about I hope they do the right thing and allow the dog to go back to the family and copied and pasted it. Lennox is their disabled daughters best friend. They also have a Yorkie and the dog is being put to death because it looks like a pitbull. I has never been aggressive they just measured it and decided that is what it was. It has been DNA tested by the owners and it is not a pitbull. I told them the world was watching.

I have emailed but am going to do it again. I can not believe that these so called people of justice are so IGnoRanT ! They make me sick & the lying going on is despicable. They need to Free Lenox & put them ALL in his filthy kennel.:mad: I am wondering Why no PitBull Rescue has stepped in to get him outta there as a Rescue could foster until they decide wether or not to return him to his Family & if they rule against the dog in the city then he could be adopted out of area but to treat him like a criminal in solitary confinement is just ridiculous.He's caused no harm or ever shown aggression & is NOT a PitBull. What is wrong with these people ? oh, I know it's a Power trip plain & simple.:mad:

I was looking at the site and it seems like they are shutting down the web sites in support of Lennox and threatening the family with lawsuits. They know what they are doing is wrong and are trying to muzzle those who want to help. Disgusting. It is deplorable the conditions this poor dog is being kept in and they are reporting new wounds that were not there when he arrived. Unbelievably this is the 2nd Christmas this poor dog has spent in captivity!

I've been watching here for updates and they have just posted what little they know this past Monday.

My heart is just broken for this poor boy and his family. :(

There is rumor that the judge refused the application for appeal because the family and their law team have failed to establish a point of law in which to make one. Now supposedly they now have a further 14 days to appeal to the Court of the Appeal about the County Court Judge refusing to state a case.

The family have not commented yet. I am sick. :(

This is awful. :( Very sad. I hate to say this but I am starting to think that Lennox will be better off at Rainbow Bridge than how he is being treated now. If what I read is correct. He is not getting very good treatment at all. :( I just hate to see him suffering.
