pee stinks Hello everyone. I have been searching posts all night trying to come up with a solution to my problem. Diesel is 5 1/2 months old and is 98% wee wee pad trained. I am soo proud of him. The problem I have is that his pee STINKS! The smell is so bad that I have started buying the large size zip loc bags to put his wee wee pads in when I am ready to throw them away. Is there anything I can do to make his pee smell better. Maybe try feeding him a different food or something? He is eating Eukanuba small bites puppy food right now although I have been thinking about changing his food anyways. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! ~ Reagan

It could be his pheromones/marking scent. Has he been neutered?

No he hasn't been neutered yet. I was trying to wait on his baby teeth to start falling out to make sure that he won't need any oral work. I hope that my having him neutered will solve this problem. Thanks for your reponse! ~ Reagan

That's interesting that the pee of an unneutered male would be stronger! Whoa!
