Christmas Card Exchange Update - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Due to all the requests we have gotten to join the Christmas Card Exchange we will open it up for one week, starting today and ending next Thursday. Their are already sixty people signed up. This may be a burden on some of our members, and although it would be nice for everyone to send each person on the list a card if it's not financialy possible please send to as many people as you can. The other alternative is for you to make e cards and send them via email to each other. For those of you who wish to take this route please do. You'll be on your own to request emails of the people you wish to send cards to. I hope this will satsify everyone's needs, and make this a fun experience for you all. If you wish to be added to the list please pm NCyorkie with your username, name and mailing address.

you know I didn't even think of this when I was discussing an update with Suzysmitt...

This evening I am going to email everyone that got the original list and ask them to reply and update their info and say yes, I still want to particpate or no, please take me off the list...just so people will have a chance to opt out in case they have changed their minds...I'm gonna set up an email to use just for this so if you were on that list and you don't get my mail from yorkieinfo@the-fifth.com by 6pm (eastern) tomorrow night, PM me!

Due to the large list we are also giving you the options to send e-cards now. When I sent the list the first time, I did not give out email addresses. When I finalize this list, I've decided to go ahead and add email addresses to help you guys with this option. This is another reason I need to you reply to the email I will send tonight, as it will give you the option to say "please do not share my email address". Hope this helps.

It's not mandatory. You can just pick a number that you can handle, if the list is too large and randomly select names til you reach that number....just a suggestion....

ok guys..I am SOO SORRY for the delay...I had hoped to get the updated list emailed out last weekend but I got incredibly off track....I'm am planning to get it completed today and will be sending it out tomorrow...be on the lookout.

Almost there! I'm waiting on two people that didn't send their complete address to send me their info. With those two included, we are at 32 now. Just want to give one last opportunity before I send the list out...I will be sending it before I leave for work in the morning, so if you pm me tonight I will add your info...
