| My friends rock! So last night, my friend Trina was going to come over to see Zoe and hang out for a bit. But when I opened the door, all the girls from work were on our porch with balloons, gifts etc. They threw me and Zoe a puppy shower LOL There were games (pin the bowie on the zoe, guess the number of milkbones, etc.) and lots of food and banners and a beautiful cake with Zoe's little picture on it. I was so overwhelmed and it was so awesome!!! Little Zoe loved all the attention, and she was tired by the end of the party (of course she didn't go to sleep until 3am though LOL). I'm attaching some pics and I'll add more later I just want to photoshop my friends' faces out b/c I don't like posting ppl's pics without their permission. Zoe also went for two walks yesterday (her first time going for a walk and she was good as gold!) and to the vet. She is 4lbs 10 ounces and the vet said she might be 7 or even 8lbs full grown, my little porkie pie LOL The vet said she was well socialized with a good disposition which is a compliment to the breeder who I know spent a lot of time with her. Anyways, I just had to share with my YT family because I knew you'd get a kick out of it and not think I'm a (total) weirdo lol. The reason for the puppy shower, btw, is some offhand comment I made a LONG time ago about all the baby and bridal showers I go to and how I'll never get that so if I ever get a puppy I was going to throw a puppy party. I was totally kidding but the girls ran with it LOL D- DOH! Most of the pics are too big to post, I'll have to edit them and post them this afternoon when I get home PS. The timing was perfect b/c she just got her new clothes that I got from Nicki (Emrldshdwqueen) and she was wearing her little party dress

| Hee, close...it stands for Anthropology because I'm an anthropologist (well, student anyways...I graduate this summer hopefully). Although I've heard so many great things about that store, we don't have it in Canada, or atleast not in the west which is like 5 years behind the trends back east LOL

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Aw, how darling - a puppy shower for Zoey! Did your "porkie pie" have some cake too? She is adorable, positively a doll.

| Zoe is a cutie pie! You have great family and friends. That was a wonderful thing to do and I'm sure everybody had lots of fun and Zoe probably enjoyed all of the extra attention.

| No, I felt bad but I didn't give her any cake, i was worried she'd get sick. I did say that we'd have to buy her a doggy cake next September for her first birthday LOL

| What a sweet and thoughtful thing for them all to do for you and Zoe! You must be very special b/c they really went out of their way to plan something so creative! I LOVE IT! The cake is SO cute! And Zoe looks so darling in her sweater (couldn't really see the dress)~ she's a really pretty little girl! Doncha love it when your family and friends really "get" that you are so thrilled and proud of your dog/pet, and they embrace and share in it with you ? I think your friends and family are AWESOME
