| From my own experience - breech is normal with yorkies. The hard part will be to get her to open up wide enough to get the shoulders out and then the head. If you notice that she is having trouble work with the contractions and try not to open the sack until the pup is completely out. Keep track of the time from when you saw the foot. T. |

| As long as they are feet first and not butt first it's OK. Congratulations and Good Luck |

| We just delivered a pup that was back feet first and trying to come out on it's back (back pointing towards belly of mom)...This is not a position they can come out on without assistance...We had to use a lot of sterile lube up in the canal and had to gently turn the puppy back onto its belly(Use a towel to hold onto the pup, it is slippery)...Once turned the pup popped right out...The lube will help pup slide easier!..Good luck!

| Ditto what everyone else has told you and whatever you do, pull gently and only with the contractions. Don't mean to scare you but it is possible to pull the puppy in two. Please update us. Again, not trying to scare you but you need to be aware. |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | How long? Sorry about the confusion of two threads. The first puppy, a girl, was born about 3:45. I'm waiting on the 2nd. She's pushing on and off, but seems to just be resting. How long between pups is normal?
