I called the emergency clinic this morning and the doctor there told me that Jerome is getting a little better. That he got up and he is walking a little weak but he is still getting fluids. He has not have diahrrea since midnight. They are going to start feeding him and if he eats well he might come home this evening

Thank you all once again for your prayers and good wishes. I'm sure some of you know how I'm felling right now and for the ones who don't, I really hope that you guys don't have to go thru this kind of pain at all.

Hang in there - dexter was in hospital 5 nights 3 different times and i cried a lot it was horrible - i can relate for sure but i did feel better knowing he was in good hands - hope he can come home today

I definitely understand what you are going through, and it truly sucks!! I would call the vec every other minute asking how Missy would be doing. It was the worst feeling ever, especially being separated like that. I'm sure he will get better soon. Praying for you and your little!

Conner and I hope Jerome is feeling better. Hopefully he will be home with you tonight, and you won't have to worry anymore.

I really can't imagine what you are going through. I took Conner to the groomer today and was pacing the floor until I could pick him up!

I do know how it feels to walk out the vets door, leaving your baby behind...But I also know it's for the best, they have to keep him hydrated with fluids and he does have to be able to eat...without vomiting and having diarrhea. My thoughts and definitely my prayers are with you and Jerome...Feel well real soon...get stronger so you can be home safely.
And yes I would also rather it be me, then Winston being sick too.
