I am a small breeder located in Houston Texas. I have been associated with this delightful breed since 1978. I began breeding in 2002, after over 20 years, researching pedigrees, pedigree combinations, and the different blood lines of Yorkies, in order to produce genetically healthy pups, that adhere to the breed standard. I only produce several litters a year. My "Ladies and Gentlemen" at Rosehill are all AKC registered, some are double registered AKC/UKC, and all represent the proven, Old World bloodlines, that have endured and continue to flourish in show rings, Nationally as well as Internationally. If you build on a solid, sturdy, healthy, quality foundation, you produce healthy, quality pups. I sell to approved homes only, on a spay/neuter contract. My puppies go to their forever homes when at least 12 weeks of age, with a health guarantee, crate trained, paper trained, well socialized, and microchipped.
