| Sheldon is finally accepting the top knot! I'm so excited because he is keeping it in, and he is getting calmer with grooming too. I think I can start growing his coat now! I'm just sure it's going to be awesome if I can keep up with it (I'm sure it'll be some trial and error for this newbie) because, not to brag, his coat is super thick and shiny Lol |

| Only YT members can relate to your excitement over a "dog" keeping a bow in it's hair lol. Such small things gives us so much happiness lol.

| He's such a cute little guy. I bet he'll be really beautiful with a long coat. Now you'll have to get some "boy bows". I made some Batman and Super Hero bows for Peanut. Last edited by Parti Peanut; 11-24-2014 at 05:51 PM. |

| Keep up the consistency! The more you create the routine of short grooming sessions twice a day the more quickly he will accept it. Keeping it fun and a nice treat afterward will actually have him looking forward to it. |

YT Addict | Sheldon is so adorable, love his dark face! He almost looks like he has a mask on. Good luck with the long hair, it's hard work but worth it. I had it for a while but finally gave in to the puppy cut. My yorkie standard black and tan had silky hair so it was super easy to keep up. My Pippy is going to be a silk coat thank god. One thick osft coat in the family is enough! I love to see his pics, keep them coming, |

| How did you do it? I would love Sophie to wear a bow but she will rub her head until it comes out. Her hair is not real thick so she can get it out easy. |

Always ending the procedure with a good healthy treat helps them to learn to tolerate the process. It takes time but eventually she will get it. Distract her with a game after you have it in. If it is not pulling on her hair she will forget it is there. | |
