Warning: Igor Chepel- Hostile breeder in Sacramento

I contacted about 5 breeders for my roommate who's lonely and depressed and really needs/wants a yorkie. I asked a few standard questions to try to figure which breeders were reputable and which may be puppy mills. I told this guy that we were going to look at another puppy and then follow up. I had to go on a trip and my roommate dropped the ball on following up with the other puppy while I was gone due to depression.

This breeder texted me today and asked if I still wanted a female puppy. I told him that I was sorry but that the buyer (my roommate) wasn't ready to buy and that I was sorry. He said,

"Please understand these kind of dogs for intelligent people only who can afford it !!! please do not contact me ever again !!! I don’t like waste my time with losers !!!!!! ✌️"

To which I replied, " Stop. I didn't waste your time. I just asked you a question." Then he says, " I am done with you!! Stop wasting my time!!!"

I told him, " And I am done with you." He then said, " Life is tough but it's tougher when you're stupid."
I said that I would warn others about him and he said, " I don't care" to which I replied, " That's obvious."

I'm sorry to post this petty interaction, but I feel it's important to warn others how he treats potential prospects. I feel sorry for the little female yorkie that he's trying to sell.

Thank you for the heads up. Good luck to you and your roommate in finding that perfect little girl. Your roommate should consider adopting or rescuing a yorkie that needs a loving home.
