Good afternoon.

I have used the Plum Perfect Facial Cleaner several times on Julie. However, she has become very resistant towards the product. I think it is due to the scent of the face wash. I have applied it as follows: Place a small amount of foam on my fingers, rub it and apply it to her face; then I get a wet towel and wipe it off her face. Is this how we are to apply the foam, or is there another way of applying it? Looks like I need some guidance using this product. After using this product on Julie's face, she looks so clean and pretty.

I use it once a week only on their face/head during their bath & I completely rinse it off w/warm water. It doesn't bother them. I pump the foam out onto my fingers & massage it onto their head & work down to their face, chin, sides of nose & inner corner of eyes.
Maybe try using it during her bath & see how it goes?
