Thank you Ryan (RDB911) for sending us a pack of Himalayans yesterday!
They don't stink like bully sticks, and they last a really long time! :thumbup:

Most importantly.. my boys LOVE them! :)

And I had to take pictures, of course!

Awww, looks they your guys love them. Hot Rod and Maggie do as well. Maggie spends most of her time burying hers to keep it from her mean, bratty, chew stealing brother. lol

Don't ya love them?! I need to order some more for Jackson as well... I love them because they don't stink and a medium lasts us almost a month! yay! Marshall is getting sooo big and Jimi looks cute as ever. :)

I'm probably the most particular mom in the universe when it comes to what I allow my girls to eat or chew on. Cindy's Yorkie Yummies were the very first things I let them have other than what I made and their beef femur bones. I finally broke down and ordered the Himalayan chews. They all seemed to love them for a couple of days, and I liked how they only finely crumble instead of having larger pieces come off, but they haven't touched them in a month. I don't understand. I really would like them to chew on them more. Maybe they got tired of chewing for a couple of days without getting enough off to eat. :rolleyes:

What size did you buy and do they last longer than the bully sticks?

I know how you feel...Lola's new thing is she will only chew on it when I get home..it's the funniest thing..

Try scraping off some of the chew to bring the smell back and see how that work...

some of the pieces are kindof small..the bag is filled by weight..so all the pcs are different sizes.

FYI: I leave for vacation tomorrow (Sunday) and will not be back until the 10th..so chews will not ship until I get back..sorry :(

I've been getting Jackson the Medium chew and it lasts us a while but the problem is, once it's semi small (but still big enough for him to chew) he kind of gets tired of it. So I was thinking of getting the small pack so everytime he gets one, he thinks he's getting something new! I just hope they're not TOO small for my 12lb boy.

I used to always order the medium because Jimi is such a strong chewer, but for the gift exchange someone ordered him a small, and now that is what I always order. Jimi is almost as big as Jackson, and he does fine with the small. I think he actually likes them more, because just like you were saying, Jimi also gets tired of the medium after awhile even if it is big enough to chew. Jimi goes through the small much quicker than Marshall, but they both still last pretty long. They are both chewing on them continuously until it is such a small little stub I have to throw it away. :p

I did that, but none of them are a bit interested. Spicy, my Papillon still has her favorite one and guards it all day, but she just doesn't chew on it anymore. I'm puzzled!

Anyway here she is protecting her Himalayan dog chew!
