Mom to Hot Rod - Softee Cone Collar

I wanted to post a review for Bo because she has really shown outstanding customer service.

She shipped the collar I ordered on October 29th. I hadn't received anything by November 7th, so I sent her a PM. She checked with the post office who only had info on the package being accepted and nothing else. Bo took it upon herself to send me a second collar priority mail so that I would get the collar in time for my Sophia's spay!

My little one is doing well after her spay and the collar has been great. It is really well made and super cute. I'm glad I was able to have a Softee Cone Collar so Sophia can eat and sleep comfortably. I also love that it is washable and adjustable in case I need to use it for my larger Yorkie.

I'm so glad you got your collar in time. That sounds just like something Bo would do. She's a sweetheart. Little Sophia (love her name) looks very comfy & relaxed. I hope she has a smooth recovery!

I also bought the softee collars from Bo. Very good customer service. I received quality merchandise (exactly what I ordered) in a timely manner. Thanks Bo!

Oh Lina, I'm just seeing this thread. Thank you so much for the kind words. I am still upset with the post office and they still have not figured out what happened! I usually put recipients information inside the package just in case something happens to the packaging...you would think someone would at least find it somewhere!

I'm just so glad that I was able to get you another collar in time for Sophia. She looks darling. :) Thanks again. :)

Soft cone needed
 
My morkie, Pip, had a tumor removed from his left hind (top) paw on Thursday and he needs to have his stitches in for 3 weeks. He is currently wearing a cone from the vet that needed to be the next size up to provide enough length so he cannot reach his back foot, which he was doing with the smaller cone for his size. He is sad and uncomfortable, and your product sounds amazing. He is 10 pounds and I care not about the fabric pattern. I just hope that you can help us ASAP.
