:aimeeyork Hi All! I just need some help! My bows aren't selling even with a buy two get one free special..... So give me some Ideas. Are you looking for different Styles? Do you prefer to custom order? I have bands and French barrettes....so I know I've got that area covered! I bought some new ribbon and buttons tonight so tell me what you think and what you want!!! I've seen them. They are all so pretty!!! You do an amazing job! I just have a hard time finding bows that will stay in. I have clips, and it's the only thing that I've found that they keep in their hair. I have yet to find a barrette that will stay in my kiddos hair. What kind of barrette is it?

Your bows are VERY pretty! Honestly i think it's the time of year...tax season is upon us, people are still recovering from christmas too!:p I have had a kinda slow month myself, the doctor's office i work for has had noticeably fewer payments coming in too from patients. Just give it a little time for the word to get out, honestly i didn't even know you sold bows. Do you have a website in the works?

I didn't even know you made bows.. that's probably why ypu're not selling as many as you would like...
I am a little strapped for cash right now (with just getting a puppy and trying to save up for the KC meet).. but be sure I WILL be ordering from you in the future!!
I just LOVE all the pretty bows so many members make!

PS I love all the pretty ribbons you have.. so cute!!

Honey, your bows are beautiful. I would buy some if I had female.
Hang in there. This time of year, Jan, Feb and March are slow for
everyone in business, every year. I am sure business will pick up

I'm so in love with bows, I can't wait to get mine from you. I think everyone is right though, people are just not spending right now. I bet once the word gets out about your bows though people will snatch them right up!

I don't need any bows right now, but I will DEFINATELY keep you in mind for web design. Your designs are great - you do a really good job. :) Good luck, I hope your graphic design works out for you. It certainly should. You have talent! :)

I've never seen your bows and your website isn't working. Is there a place I can go to see what you have? I've finally gotten Lucy used to wearing a hairband so I'm buying bows :) I'm not good at putting together color combinations (for bows) so I have to see them in their finished form...

I think your bows are very nice. :) But my two boys don't wear bows in their hair. I know some on here do wear bows in their boys hair and I think it does looks cute. Good Luck to you on your bow business. :goodluck:

I would say, be patient! Your bows are beautiful and if you have good customer service and a good product, your name will get around. Everyone is probably right too, it's the time of year.

Your bows are beautiful. From experience, my best advice is to keep doing what you are doing, keep making the bows and bide your time. You are still fairly new here at YT and it may take some time for people to associate your User ID with bows.

DON'T GET DISCOURAGED AND DON'T GIVE UP!

I just love your selection!! That cupcake and cherry ribbon is toooooo cute!!!!! Also, I saw a lime green palm tree button...that would make an adorable Summer bow. :) I wish that Livi wore more bows, but I just can't ever get the rubberband in correctly and then I am horrible at getting it out of her hair. If she didn't typically only wear alligator or pinch clips, I would definitely buy from you! I betcha, if you made a cupcake bow with a matching button and listed it on here, you would sell them...there seems to be a lot of people that like the cupcake theme....same with the cherries. Just a thought....

Good luck, you will start to sell more, I'm sure. :)

Hi hang in there - I'm a bow lover and so is Izzy but we are bowed out for now. Plus I didn't know you did bows but I do now! Once you put your bow designs on your site that will be better for customers to see what you are making. Good luck and please hang in there - it's tough out there right now as I am trying to pay off Christmas yet.:eek:

I think your bows are gorgeous, but I have a hard time spending more than a couple dollars on a bow. This is because Tucker doesn't exactly love them and destroys them as soon as he can get them off. Thus, I try to buy less expensive ones that are made for single use. These, of course, are not as good of quality as yours are, but since I know he will only wear it once this way works best for me. I have a friend that will make tuckers for $.20 each, so that's what I do.

If I had a little girl that was more gentle on bows and that would actually leave them on for more than pictures and going out I would definitly invest in your bows. I think for the quality they are they are a good price!

These are pretty tough! Adelaide rolls in the covers and on the floor trying to get them out and doesn't succeed. She also digs at them with her paws! They are completely hand sewn so I think that helps! I also us the grosgrain ribbon because it doesn't pick like the satin does. The ones they put in Adelaides hair at the groomers fall out or apart right away! LOL!

Dont give up:) your bows are adorable:) My babies dont keep them in very well:rolleyes: I have a hard time with just the bands..I should of started them earleir when they were babies:( keep up the good work:D
