Eek; there's been a robbery! ;) When my daughter, Rachel, and I got home today everything seemed normal until we went into my room. . . The box that we were about to seal up and send to Tiger's buddy was on the floor, and everything was spread all over the room. Well, nothing was damaged, but as I was replacing everything in the box I noticed the package of bones (like 16 chew bones) was missing. Hmmm. . . after much investigating; and pulling out my trusty magnifying glass. I found the missing bones' packaging chewed open in Tiger's kennel. Very suspicious. The bones are all gone; lol, I think both him and Rhapsody were disposing of the 'evidence' all day. Course Tiger claims that some strange dog broke in, tied them up and ate the bones in front of them. Woof! Woof! Lol, anyway, tomorrow I go to replaced the pilfered bones -- then since the last thing I ordered came today (talk about fast shipping -- thanks Jenn!); I'll be able to get this puppy. . .opps, figure of speech. . . this box in the mail by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest! :) :animal-pa |
:eyetearss Oh my...I hope you catch the guilty parties! |
I bet the robber is wearing a dark grey or black coat and has tan socks on..and strangely enough, I bet he has four legs! Oh, and the robber also has big pointy ears and dark eyes! |
Ohhh, the nerve of another dog breaking in like that and blaming them! |
Just remember they are innocent until proven guilty. Meanwhile they can be smothered with tonz of hugs and kisses. LOL ..... |
Hmmm Seems To Me That Those Little Bone Thieves Should Have To Go With Out Treats For A Whole Day As Punishment. Lol Well Maybe Not Maybe Only A Couple Of Hours Cause How Can You Resist's Their Cute Little Faces Begging Up At You . |
Mom, they were starving. You didn't leave them any good treats! |
Were they able to give a good description of the "robbers"? |

Lol, he's been caught in the act; it's hilarious. He always makes a break for his 'lair', like if he makes it there he gets to keep it, lol. Most times though he doesn't chew on the stuff he steals, he just collects it in there. Should have named him Dragon, or something -- for his hoard, lol. Not this time though, he didn't waste time but went to town as soon as he made it to 'safety' (his kennel). :) |

well it was bad enough to break in, but to make them watch while you eat the bones, I know they were tortured. I hope they find that mean ole stinking bone eating dog. |
Oh too funny, but keep looking. Abby got into the box of big bones the other day and I thought she'd eaten them all. I found one under my pillow, one under the other pillow on the other side. One tucked into each corner of the couch covered in socks. One in the basket of socks, and 3 tucked into various places in my closet. :p I found one sunday under the couch. I'm sure there are more. |
Angel says to tell Tiger, "If you're gonna make off with the goods, be sure to dispose of everything. That is why we have teeth - to chew everything to bits!!!!!" |
You should dust for finger ...errr, paw prints! |

Are little ones are such characters!!! Just love their little antics!!!! |
aww! poor tiger and rhapsody! they must have been so scared of hte SCARY bone robber, and how mean of him to make them eat ALL of the bones! after such a traumatic experience they both will be needing lots of TLC and maybe another treat? ;) lol |
That's hysterical!! Little rascals!! The girls aren't mad though...they will wait for the rest of the goodies to come....lol |
Haha..........so cute!! |
Sealed, addressed, and soon to be sent! Lol! This thread has become one of my favorites; almost every post on here has made me laugh. Sadly, the culprit (or culprits -- I'm afraid that at this point the pups say it was a pack of 50 Great Danes that overpowered them and rampaged their buddy's box, lol) have not been apprehended. Poor things, they could have been killed by those vicious bandits. ;) So today I finally got myself to the store to replace the pilfered bones, and the box is now sealed and addressed. And actually I'm about to place it in the car. (Can't be too careful with those criminals still loose.) In the morning it shall be headed ???? Lol, this is so much fun! :) :animal-pa |
Ha!Ha! Ooooo, those big scary Great Danes....what were they to do?? They just had to watch the bones get taken away.....Aaaaa,haaa,haaa!!!! What cuties! Yay! Can't wait to see who gets the box!!!! |
Tiger you are going to have a belly ache!!!!! A dog's got to do what a dog's got to do!!!! |
Haha. I loved the story. You should be a writer. |
