We got our box! Me and Callie are so happy. Shelly (Cha Cha) is the one who had our name! Thank you so much Shelly. I can not even put into words how much the drawn picture and scrap book mean to me. They are so amazing and lovely and I will forever hold them dear to my heart! Thank you just so very much. I could not imagine that we would get such lovely gifts let alone ones that touch my heart so dearly.

Wow that was quite a box Shelly put together for Callie. Love the potraits of her, the toy box and that dress looks darling on Callie and I know you wanted a choke free harness look like it fits perfect. That potrait was drawn by Shelly's daughter and it is so beautiful, what a talent she has

Great job Shelly and Mylee you sure spoiled your buddy

YAY! There you are :) I have been on the edge of my seat. LOL. Really enjoyed the smilebox.

The little bell clip is a Guardian Bell. You can read up on them online. I came across some little brass bells and altered the "legend" to fit. (I figure it doesn't really have to be hanging from a motorcycle to work, right?) But basically, the legend goes, that a guardian bell wards off gremlins or evil spirits. It is more powerful if given to you by a friend, and twice as powerful if the bell is brass. Every time the tiny bell rings you know someone is thinking of you.

The drawer toy boxes are something I am experimenting with. Actually, I'm working on another idea, but be very careful of Callie's clothes around the drawer pulls until you know she won't get caught up on them. That worries me.

I am just so happy with everything Shelly. I wish I could put it into words how happy I am but hopefully the smilebox helped. I love everything so much! We have lots of family coming Memorial Day weekend and I can't wait for them to see everything :D

Thank you. No I did the one with Callie's name on it. That is some digital scrapbooking type of fun stuff I do. I wasn't sure I'd get my daughter this time so I did that as back up and what do you know Taylor got both!

Thank you. I believe talent comes in so many forms. I always feel bad that I don't make beautiful clothes for my GE buddies. But, believe me, I love getting them! :) And I still have every single custom made item we've ever received. I guess that's what makes the GE so fun is to see all the variations of talent here.

Omgosh! Leave it to Shelly to brilliantly pack all the gifts in such a genius toy box - that is SO darn cute and unique! It must've cost a fortune just to ship all of this with that toy box. The gifts are just amazing too - so thoughtful and personal. Just awesome!

Wow! What great gifts. Callie looked like she was having fun. Everything looked like so much thought and care went into it. It's so nice to see how generous YTers can be. This GE is a really great way to get to know one another and show how much we care.

Right??!! That repurposed drawer idea is SO COOL! She could sell those, seriously. Genius. She is so creative, she really is...also has such great decorating style, which shows w/ that drawer.

Your so right about that Rachael . . this was our fourth one and each time we have so much fun and gain yet another several friendships from it.


Shelly's box to Callie was amazing my favorite was the photos. Those are very special gifts and take a great deal of talent. Both you and your daughter do great work.

Taylor, you have such precious keepsakes, ones that will last a lifetime. These things are treasured while your baby lives her life with you, and they become even greater treasures as time goes by. You are very, very lucky. I loved your smilebox and the gifts you bought for Sasha, Bob, and Toni. You are a very caring, generous young woman.

I am a recipient of Shelly's generosity and such kindhearted goodness. Three years ago, othe day before Mother's Day, my dear friend Jackie traveled to the Canadian border to get Katie from our Canadian breeder. The next morning Jackie made another long trip and brought her to me. These demonstrations of kindness fill our hearts with such love. Not long later I received a surprise box and I wasn't even in a GE. Shelly made me a beautiful toy box for Katie and also a photo plaque of her, out of the goodness of her heart, just to welcome Katie. You had a very special buddy, and you and Callie, too, were such generous special buddies. I'm so glad you joined the GE. Someday I'd love to join.

I enjoyed Callie's Smilebox -- she is adorable! The toy box Shelly made for you is beautiful. Love the curved front and perfect shade of pink. The portrait of Callie is gorgeous too. Very special keepsakes. Great Secret Buddy!

What an awesome story, Lisa! Shelly is just so sweet, thoughtful, caring...and it always shows through. She did something sweet for me too, and it'll be something I'll never forget! In fact, I get to think of her often in my house bc it's something I see everyday :).
