I've been duped !! The momma and I heard a large truck out in front of our house and seconds later a knock at the door . . . We was so Very exciting . The momma says . . Hey Ruby there's your BOX. I was all wiggles with a big grin jumping for joy when momma opened the door. I even got to see this Hotty in the big brown truck momma gets all "Ew-la-la" like a teen age girl walking down the driveway and I got even more excited. I was like hurry up and open the door, she did and I was like Yay It was finally here, the waiting is over. I get prezzies and our SB will finally be reveled. But than I thought, No I'm not ready. Mom hurry start my bath. Well that Brown box was a blue bag. I asked the momma "Wth, what gives". She was just as confused as I was. It seems as if the momma forgot about an order she placed. :cool: Hmm...I don't know who this American Eagle dude is but he is so on my s**t list. This is serious SB business and I is not happy. Really did the daddy really need new jeans. |

I will always remember my first exchange, just about everyone had their box so I figured out who our buddy was and she posted the box would be delivered on Saturday, well I was on high alert looking out the window constantly, so the mail truck pulls up, they slow down, they back up, then they pull up to our mailbox which is on the street put some mail in and drive off, I was so disappointed and even more so because it would mean I would have to wait till Monday. Then about an hour later, the mail truck pulls up in our driveway and the carrier get's out holding a HUGE box, he said somehow he missed on the first pass through our neighborhood, boy was I one happy lady |
I am sure there are other SBs that have been fooled by the mail man or the UPS man. |
Nuttin worse than expecting your box and something else shows up instead. In our case, hubby is always getting fishing stuff. How boring is that!? :D |

We did our bath today :) looked out the window and there at the bottom of our long gravel driveway was the post man lifting a large box over the gate....it was some clothes I ordered a while back, lol. |
