So we just finished our GE XXXIII. So I hope everyone had a lot of fun. . . So what is your thoughts ? Suggestions ? Did you figure who had you? Where you surprised by who you had? Did you have fun ? Will you do it again?

We had a great time. . . I knew who I was going to have. It was just in my head that I was going to get Lilah . . .maybe size and age but I knew it . . I started shopping before it started. . . Lmao . . I just couldn't help myself. It was so fun shopping for a girl. All the pink and frilly things. It helped my wanting to put Galen in a dress lol

I really loved our group. It was so much fun. I will definitely do it again. I love to find the perfect things for my SB. And I loved that my SB really went out of their way for us and got us such fun items . . . We were so touched . . . Hugs and puppy kisses to ours Lilah and Alyssa and to all the SB

I had a great time! We were totally surprised by who our buddy was and it was so fun being surprised. Zoie was the best! I generally have a good idea, but not this time. Horsenaround put out a clue and I totally took it as us. :D LOL. Sneaky, sneaky. Lily was so fun to have as our buddy too. We loved shopping and creating for her. Yes, I would do another, and another.

we had a blast and no clue who our SB was until we opened it up!! it was awesome we love connecting on a different level with our yt family and of course we will do it again...after I recover from Lola's dental...and well I want her to have that new sunshine yellow buddy belt!! hehe.

oh I had a great time!!! I had my daughters dog-- zohie in and our sb went above and beyond to be sure she had a GREAT box.

I also had chacha as our sb...I have know chacha for awhile on yt and loved spoiling moka!!

Suggestions ? A little more communication when a box has been shipped or received.

Did you figure who had you? No it was a total surprise since I didn't really feel up to taking part in the clues portion. As boxes started arriving I tried to figure out a pattern but could not. I guess there wasn't really a selective pairing pattern but that didn't stop me from trying to figure it out.

Where you surprised by who you had? Yes, but isn't that the whole idea?

Did you have fun ? Normally I do but sadly this time was not as fun and I think you all know why. It seems as if this GE was a bit low key when it came to clues.

Will you do it again? Yes . .

that is funny abut being surprised. I was soooo sure I gave it away, and you responded to my clue page.

I agree.... maybe a little bit more communication. It was a little low key....I love the clues but it is hard to think of clues and follow all the threads sometimes.

I have to admit.... I knew who had Karrie and Zoie very early...she didn't but I did. I was soooo sure Chacha KNEW I had her but she didn't so I guess that goes to show ya... post them clues lol

I think the boxes were in reasonable "control" all were very nice.

I will do again.... I do the ge because I love "spoiling" my sb. I have done the last two with my dd dogs. I have some ideas for next time:cool:

I would do it again for sure it was so much fun shopping for Thalia.

This was my first GE and I learned a lot, I should decorate the shipping box for sure and wrap all the presents. I think a theme would fun, even if it was an overall theme or the YTer strongly suggests a theme.

I can tel you LOVED the addtional questions that were posted, it helped me a lot with my shopping. Another thing that might be fun is to suggest your favorite Yorkie Talk vendor (maybe we did that, not sure I am old and forget things).

Sophie Kate says her two cents are we should do this where everyone sends her a present and she reaps all the benefits.

LOL, after Ann said...."Wonder who it is" and I think she used that line twice, I pretty much didn't think it was anyone else. AND, I assumed that since we had Lily, then Lily had Moka. I mean, Admin has done that before. So I followed other clues, but I like to post on everyone's thread even if I've already marked them off. LOL. She got us good. After her buddy got their box which was early on....I was already so lost I didn't know where to begin again. :rolleyes::D Towards the end, I think I figured out we matched your clues, but there were a few that didn't post ANY so I was thinking it was going to be one of them. Loved being surprised. And boy were we spoiled. :love:

More communication would have made it a better experience. I have done other GEs and the best part is getting to see and hear about how your buddy liked their packages and teasers. I left this GE feeling kinda bummed. Maybe I shouldn't be so sensitive.

I think GE are lot like birthdays and Christmas.... we work so hard for the event and no matter what happens there is a bit of a let down after it is all over.

I know one ge I got upset because my sb didn't do a smile box... and just posted pictures. I regret that I said something because I hurt the feelings of a very nice lady.

This ge was low key... but everyone was very sweet and I hope for the most part everyone enjoyed.
