How does everyone ship? UPS or USPS?

Definitely, 100% using UPS. I had sooo much trouble with USPS in our first GE and they don't update the tracking as frequently as UPS!

I normally ship USPS, they cost less. Plus I weigh my packages, purchase and print shipping labels on line and they pick it up right form my home.

I have had issues with USPS coming TO me in the past, but they did pretty good when I used them last time. I'm going to compare pricing. They were pretty similar when I sent something 'post ge'.

I normally mail with the post office, plus I like that they still deliver on Saturday.
So far no problems ((((yet))))

I usually ship USPS, never had a problem with them. I have had a few times where the box will end up being smashed when it reaches it destination with UPS, but it doesn't happen often. I ship the beds I make through FedEx and I really like shipping with them.

For now lol...or have they stopped already? I know sometime in August was the end of Sat delivering for them...

They voted against stopping mail on Saturday (for now)!

My post person is lazy. She does not want to walk to the door. She leaves it next to the barn or puts a sticky in the mail box to come and get the package.

Huh that's just pure laziness. You can always contact the post office and give them instructions on where to leave it. :)

Was doing some checking on the rules and such and it says:

PLEASE USE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION or ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED when sending a package.

Is this something new this time around because I don't remember seeing that the last time?

It's old. It's been in place for a while. They've just been lax about it. Sometimes it's inconvenient to have a signature (no one home during the day and hard to go pick up the package later). But I definitely see the reason for it.

Maybe admin can amend it so it's required unless the SB waives it.

I don't need a signature btw.

We lack putting together 2 more parts of our box and will be ready. Hoping to mail out right after Labor Day too. We use USPS.
