We definitely want to theme it up for Valentines Day I think. We love theming stuff! :)

I just realized...maybe I'm mis-calculating, but is the signup on February 1? And we get our buddy March 1?

I don't think so because November's was: sign-ups = Oct 1st thru 31st and gifts sent out by Nov 30th. So, February's should be: sign-ups = Jan 1st thru 31st and gifts sent out by Feb 28th

That's how I'm reading it anyway :)

AH yes. Nov was sending, not sign ups... that's where the confusion was. Was thinking December was sending out... HA HA But that's receiving :rolleyes:

Well it she is anything like me or Guinness anything below 70 is jacket weather, he will refuse to go outside without his hoodie on. He sticks one paw out to check the weather then will stare at you like you lost your mind till you put on his hoodie :p

Haha! That is so funny XD I've been meaning to get Clyde a hoodie because recently he has been doing the same thing. Just staring at me like I'm crazy on chiller days when I want him to go outside.

What is the donation amount for entering a GE and what is this 250 points you speak of ?

I'd love to participate in the next one but need to get qualified.

*My understanding is that you have to have made over 250 posts on threads and stuff, which you have over 2,000 so you do not have to worry about that requirement.
*You also have to be a donating member of Yorkietalk of at least $25 (per dog that you enter into the gift exchange). If you entered two dogs you have to be a donating member of $50 ... and so on.
*You also have to have joined YT by a certain date (I think three months prior to sign-up, but again, I'm not positive about this one)



So really you just need to become a donating member of YT. It looks like you've met all the other requirements! You can find the "donations" section (which will tell you how to donate) under the websites title Yorkietalk.com

i believe it is $25 and 250 post you have had to made.

Yep, that's right :) Those are the 3 requirements. So you just need to become a donating member since you've fulfilled 2/3 so far LOL

Okay, am I the only one thinking, "It's January! Woohoo!!" ??

I keep looking to see if the new GE has been posted yet. (I don't know why as I know the last one was posted on the 9th of the month and this is just the 2nd ..yes, I went and looked lol)

How often are GE's held? Im so impatient...I want my three months/250 posts to hurry up and be done already!!! Looking at old posts they seem so fun!! :)

They're every 3 months. :)

You have the 3 months down, so it's just the matter of becoming a donating member and getting your count up! You can do that easily by playing games.
