She was going to Orlando?
She and her DD were to go to Orlando in March..... I don't know the length of time, nor any other destinations. It seems odd no matter what. Her DD is 14 and has school to get back to.

I am a loser. If I do.something wrong I have no problem admitting.it. I am SO SORRY for not thanking you approiately for.the.wonderful gifts.that you.sent Annie!! Everyone.of them had so much thought put into.them. Annie really loved.the.purple shirt with.her.name on it. She wore it at.the hospital all the while time she was.there. I know it gave her.an extra.hug and strength
To get better. I sure hope.this.doesn't spoil it for anyone wanting to join. This site is.full of wonderful loving people that are.here.and I have learned so much from them. I can't wait to share.with you the amazing stuff we received. As promised Riley and Theresa you will have the approperate thank you. Words.can't express how.sorry I am for.causing.this.mess.Pp

Wow. We talk a big talk about manners and doing the right thing. I sure wish people would subscribe to their own words and put themselves to the same standards they put others to with regard to manners. Really this entire thread has been over the top and really puts the GE in a bad light, and I'm not just talking about a failed timely thank you.

Agree completely. I did the GE a long long time ago and am not sure I will ever participate again. Very sad:(

I can't believe that you do not have 100% support. This is a grown woman and she is making childish excuses for not following through with her obligation. As I see it, at this point the only end to this is for ADMIN to step. If you break a rule there must be a consequence for her lack of responsibility. If there is no consequence and we all pat her on the back and point our finger at the injured party that just makes the chances of this to continue even greater. :thumbdown

Although I still feel bad for Theresa that for whatever reasons Deb wasn't able to promptly fulfill her GE obligations, I DO feel that all of the bad mouthing of a fellow YTer who's not able to respond right now, should not be allowed.

I have to ask why no one but me bothered to try to reach out to Deb when it became apparent there was a problem?

Theresa- your response to Deb trying to apologize to you & everyone else in the GE made me sad beyond words.

This whole thread makes me sad...

I think several of us did reach out to Deb by leaving visitor messages on her profile. I barely knew her first name, so there was no way I would have been able to find her on Facebook like you did.

I agree with you all, and I too am saddened by this thread, I just don't understand the type of hate going on because a timely thank you note was not received. :confused: I understand this is against the rules, but it sounds like some of you think she stoned to death. Agreed. It's also not our job to demand someone getting banned or suspended. That belongs to Admin.

:thumbup: I have never felt that a proper thank you wasn't needed but to make it seem like she is a terrible person is a bit of a stretch. I also don't think she deserves to be ban or suspended. Gosh after this thread I might ban myself you guys are harsh:eek: I hope admin closes this thread it needs to be done IMO
