When the time comes, please use this thread to "splain" all your clues! :D

My clues were all straight forward, but I can't wait to hear the explanation of others clues!!

mine were all real clues. no lies no fibs. the last two photo's were movies both made in oregon, where our buddy lives.

That is what I thought...I actually looked up info about them! :D

And the red rose...that was for the color red, right?

I suck at being original with clues...no explanation needed from me:D

kind of, pluto said his fav colors was red, green and blue. Those were the only colors in that picture.

Okay, makes sense... I didn't recognize those movies, so that explains why I was so confused :p

Mine have been straight to the point!! I'll go back to more detailed, make ya think clues next GE!!

All of my clues were honest and truthful...but some were a little tricky! :p
Here is an explanation to the tricky clues:

"My buddy has no reason to care about who will be elected to the White House in November." - I thought this was an easy one. I wanted to give a clue that only eliminated one buddy. This clue eliminates Riley because he lives in Washington D.C...he has a reason to care about who is elected.

Next I posted a message and I bolded and colored words in it. The words that were colored and bolded are all the second to last in the sentence. Bryleigh is the second to last fur child in her family. The different colors are because Bryleigh listed "all bright colors" as her favorite.

The easter egg clue was in reference to the above clue. A virtual easter egg is a hidden message. I watched LOST when it was on and they often had easter eggs hidden in the episodes. I posted a link to wikipedia that explained what virtual easter eggs were. It was supposed to get you to look a little closer at my clues to try and decipher the meaning.

I then posted another message with the second to last word in each sentence written in bright color.

My ultimate favorite clue was the "red hair ring" clue. This clue went better than I could EVER have expected. It was supposed to imply that I may have or might still post a clue that is only a "red herring"...a red herring is "a clue or piece of information which is intended to be misleading, or distracting from the actual issue." As it turned out...my red herring clue became the red herring itself and I didn't have to even post a red herring clue. Everyone thought it was an actual red hair ring. I spelled it that way because Peyton types the clues and his spelling is not so good. ;)

I LOVED being sneaky in my clues. I will have to continue this in the next GE...but change it up a bit. All of you will be expecting it now!! :D

Those clues were great, Bitsy! I love the clues that make me have to think or do a little research, but I sure am not very good at coming up with creative ones like that!

Here is my splainin: My clues were pretty straight forward. But, I had one that my buddy eliminated themselves on.
CLUE #5 =
If it squeaks its fair game LOL, Iknow Jada has a yellow squeaky Loofa Dog. She may not “Play” with it, or squeak it, butit’s hers. I did not say my buddy “plays”with toys but that was how several took it.

Mylee was Jada’s buddy in the GE just before the last one. So in the last 3 GEs that Jada has been in, she has been our buddy TWICE!!! So we feel we are pretty close to Jada J But, not in terms of distance. J
