Just A Heads Up Buddy!!
 
I thought I'd start another thread about when people are shipping their boxes. We are still waiting on a couple of things to arrive in the mail, so we won't be shipping until a little later.

Heads up for our buddy:

We plan on being out of town President's Day weekend (the 17th-21st). We just wanted to give our buddy a heads up... so hopefully they can avoid delivering it that weekend. Anytime before or after would be perfect. I can have my mom come by and grab the mail, but I'd rather it not be sitting on my porch to be stolen :(

Is anyone else planning on leaving town during February? It might help to let our buddies know so that our packages will arrive safely and our buddies won't feel like they aren't being thanked in a timely manner :)

Speaking of going out of town......I will be going to Arkansas on Sunday for a week. Stuff can be sent as DH will be home.....but my son and I are going on a little vacation to see "nana" (my mom).

We will be leaving Sunday the 12th and returning the following Sunday.

See, I'm not the only one! :p It's good for your buddy to know that so there are no hurt feelings if your box arrives while you're gone and you aren't able to post a thank you thread.

No plans to be out of town here...but this is a good idea:) I am waiting on one more custom item to arrive and am starting a last minute project. So I will probably be shipping later next week at the earliest.

We won't be out of town (unless a last minute trip pops up :D ;) )

We are mailing 3rd or 4th week of Feb :thumbup::thumbup:

We are not going to be out of town. Also, please do not require a signature. We are in and out a lot during the day and will likely miss signing. Our neighborhood is safe...no worries about it getting snatched!

I am waiting on two items...will hopefully have them any day now. :) I am going to ship for arrival after next week. Get ready to be super spoiled buddy! I went way overboard, but I couldn't help myself...you are just too cute! :love: :p

I think we are just waiting on two more packages (one I ordered on a whim today :)), so it will be a bit before we can ship. I still need to find a box big enough :p We definitely spoiled our buddy this time and cannot wait for him/her to see it! :D

I found the best place for boxes...:D Walmart in the stationary dept..they have all sizes of cardboard shipping boxes from small up to huge:p

No signature needed here either...my packages are delivered at the bank where I work.

I saved the box given to us in the last exchange. :D I think it is going to be the perfect size!

I might have to check that out tomorrow... I want to get started packing the box soon, I just haven't received everything that has to go in it. I might try to ship out before we go out of town so there will be more than enough time to get there before the end of the month.

That is a great idea Bitsy...but we tend to get overly excited when opening boxes around here and damage the box in the process:eek::p:D

I don't have any plans of leaving yet.... I took a 5 day weekend to spend with miss bryleigh shae after her spay/ baby teeth ext/ micro chip.... But, I also do not need a signature!! My small town is super safe and it's hard to catch me at home!!!
