My sad yorkie day Dear Diary, I'm a bit sad today. I think my buddy (who is still clueless by the way) has lost faith in me. Mama says don't be, what fun would it be if my buddy knew. But that's okay, I can't wait to see the look on this pup's face when the final unveiling comes. We are still patiently waiting for all the orders to come in. It is likely we will start shipping some time next week. One important thing you must know is that one of my buddy's wishlist items is something that I can not purchase, because the vendor is a participating member in this exchange - therefore we had to improvise but it will be I hope a nice surprise. That's how much I *love* my buddy and aim to please without ruining for anybody ;) Time for me put mommy to work, these gifts just don't "buy or make" themselves. My yorkie confession 1 Attachment(s) Dear Diary, I can't sleep. I may have jumped to conclusions yesterday about my buddy, he/she does care after all! It must be that time of the month, something PMS. You know Pooch Moodiness Syndrome! Sorry if I have misled you to believe my buddy has forsaken me, I get worked up and emotional like that - part of being a teenage yorkie drama queen. Mama calls me an attention seeking diva. Like that's a bad thing :rolleyes: Anyway, I have a creepy feeling someone's been reading my diary. Guess I'm just being over protective of my turf. Just in case there is any confusion about my buddy I want you to know this yorkie has a wishlist - the size of this list is irrelevant. And when I say "clueless" I mean my buddy doesn't not know for a fact I am his/her SB and is still guessing. I will be generous and give you 2 more clues, Diary. Hope this will help you get one step closer to identifying who my buddy is. Recap: Tessa's diary clues are both vague and truthful. If you look too closely or over-analyze, it will only lead to more confusion and misinterpretation. Key words like "could, believe, think, might, probably, maybe" etc throughout her diary/clues are assumptions and should not be taken for facts. Keep in mind Tessa is a sneaky gal but she does not fib knowingly or on purpose. She wants you to keep it simple with an open mind and have fun with her diary clues :) [1] Did I mention that my yorkie buddy is super spoiled... [2] and has at least 3 consonants and (at least) a vowel to their user name (clue for Super Bowl Sunday) [3] My buddy has great taste in style and knows how to live the good life! [4] My SB, although modest, has fine taste only a true terrier can appreciate. Lets just say it's easy but at the same time hard to select this yorkie's gifts. The following 6 letters do not appear in my buddy's name: W F X C Z V [5] Did you know my buddy did not join YT in the same month as me and that this same yorkie's age is less than the square root of 100 minus 8 and then doubled (FYI: Tessa's math skill is a hit and miss. She once said "every smart yorkie knows that 2 and 2 = 5. But she could be right on this one clue). [6] If you look closely and like what you see (photo of ribbon; post #36), Tessa's buddy is who you may be!! [7] My SB does not look anything like the photo (of Daisy; post #44). [8] My buddy's mama has done this at some point in her lifetime (photo of fast food drive-thru; post #48). [9] If my buddy were to keep an open diary it would look something (photo of a dog's diary; post #48). [10] This yorkie's mama literally LOVES to spend, especially for this exchange. Wallet may be feeling a bit lighter. [11] My buddy at some point in his or her life has probably done something wacky, for example eat confetti [13] My buddy's wishlist item is something that I can not purchase because the vendor is a participating member in this exchange [14] My buddy is still clueless (as in he/she is still guessing or unsure). [15] My buddy has posted/commented on this thread.
